Logging in on Zoho Mail: Opening session and accessing bookmarks
In order to take advantage of all the benefits Zoho Mail provides, it is mandatory to have an account and log in properly. This is the only way of accessing bookmarks and the other available functionalities and features.
The good news is, opening session and signing up in Zoho Mail is very easy by following a few steps. This is how is done:
- Open a tab or new window using your favorite internet browser. For security purposes, make sure the browser is up to date before logging in.
- Access the URL address “https://accounts.zoho.com”.
- Start signing in by entering your email address or mobile number as first credential. Click on “Next”.
- In the next page, enter your password. Depending on your configuration, you may enter a permanent or OTP (one time password) to access. Click on “Verify”.
- If you count on a Google, Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or Yahoo! account, you can open session in Zoho Mail choosing the corresponding options, as seen on the image.
Also, getting a new account is completely free with and ad-free. If that is your case, click on “Sign Up Now” and complete the registration process.
Managing bookmarks in Zoho Mail: Useful tool to count on
Now that you have created and accessed your Zoho Mail account, you can set up your bookmarks. But, what are they and how are they useful? Bookmarks are internet browser favorites that you can configure to have at hand. Therefore, visiting any webpage will be easy and quick.
Start managing your bookmarks by clicking on the “Bookmarks” app on the application menu on the left.
By doing so, you will be able to see the views panel with default bookmark collections and tags, while actual bookmark list is show to the right.
Adding bookmarks in Zoho Mail
Now, you need to start adding bookmarks of your favorite sites, so they can always be at your disposal while you check emails. To start, first click on “New Bookmark”.
When you click on this button, the Add Bookmark prompt will appear asking you to enter: web URL address, title and the bookmark category where to be included. When the information is entered you click on “Save”.

Setting up your bookmarks as favorites in Zoho Mail
If you have a list of bookmarks with a few that you consider your favorites due to the times you visit those websites during the day, you can set them as favorites. In this way, they will be identified with a star.
To do it, put the mouse cursor on the bookmark and you will see how a start appears on the left, click it and automatically the bookmark will starred.
Click on the favorites collection on the left and you will see the starred bookmarks list.
Adding bookmark collections in Zoho Mail
The platform allows you to create bookmark collections, as sort of folders to organize your favorite websites better. To add a new collection, click on “Add collection” button that is inside the My Bookmarks folder. As you can see, the General collection is the default one.
The next step is naming the new collection and click on “Add” on the prompt to save it.
Now the new collection “Streaming” is added.

How to delete a bookmark in Zoho Mail
In case you do not need a bookmark anymore, you can remove it easily. Go to the collection where the bookmark is and put the mouse cursor on it, then click on the “Delete” button that appears to the very right and you are goof to go.
